At GuitarKit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your build, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all uninstalled electronic components and DIY kits. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your sound, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original anti-static packaging and protective foam to ensure the sensitive electronic components are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the components are in original condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
